Biography
Giselle Lynch is a licensed investigator that joined the firm after receiving her bachelor’s in criminal justice and a minor forensic science. During her five years with the firm she has worked various homicide cases including a death penalty case through the penalty phase. She is an experienced and coveted part of Mr. Padilla’s trial team. Her assistance in the areas of trial preparation, evidence analysis, capital case mitigation, and social media analysis during the jury selection process has proven invaluable to the firm.
