Mauricio Padilla, representing Sarah Boone facing second-degree murder charges for leaving her boyfriend zipped inside a suitcase during a game of hide-and-seek before he was found dead, says that it was a tragic accident.
“I think it’s an odd case for everybody,” defense attorney Mauricio Padilla said. “You rarely see this set of circumstances.”
